If you submit a franchise/dealership application, the following personal data may be processed:
- Identity Information
(Name, Surname)
- Contact Information
(E-mail address, Phone number, Address)
- Professional Information
(Your occupation and work experience)
- Asset Information
(Store size in square meters, Product category)
- Transaction Security Information
(Logs related to your application made through our website)
The above-mentioned personal data shall be processed by LUFIAN pursuant to Article 5/2 of the Law, on the legal grounds that processing is necessary for the establishment and performance of a contract, as well as for our legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Establishment and execution of franchise/dealership relationships
- Execution of sales and after-sales support processes
- Conducting planning activities
- Risk management
- Communication activities
- Ensuring information security
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data specified above may be shared, within the framework of the purposes stated above and by taking adequate and effective security measures as required by the legislation, with:
- Authorized public institutions and organizations legally entitled to request such data
- Domestic institutions with which we cooperate due to our business activities

Your Rights Under the Law
As personal data subjects, you may submit your requests regarding your rights by:
- Filling out the personal data application form published on LUFIAN Official Website,
- Or by submitting another written document containing the mandatory information specified in the application form,
- Via registered electronic mail (KEP),
- Secure electronic signature,
- Mobile signature,
- Or by using the e-mail address previously notified to LUFIAN and registered in LUFIAN’s systems,
in a manner that allows your identity to be verified, through:

LUFIAN shall finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
Within this scope, personal data subjects have the right to:
- Learn whether their personal data is processed
- Request information if their personal data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with such purpose
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and request notification of such correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist
- Object to any unfavorable result arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems
- Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data
