How can I find the product I'm looking for?

You can find the desired products by typing the product name in the search bar located in the top right corner of the page or by selecting the relevant product category from the menu on the left side of the page. You can use sorting buttons to access the desired display based on color and price.

Where can I see my orders?

You can view your orders in the "My Account" page under the "My Orders" section.

If I want to cancel my order for the purchased item, what should I do?

You can cancel your order by selecting the order in the "My Account" tab. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If your order has been processed, you cannot cancel it.

Can I add or remove products from my created order?

Your orders reach us online. Since changes cannot be made to the payment amount, it is not possible to add products to your order afterwards. You should create a new order for the product you want to add.

Is there a possibility that the product I ordered may not be available?

There may be situations where a product in your order cannot be supplied due to stock problems, especially towards the end of the season. In case of such a problem arising from instant stock changes, our call center will contact you via phone or email to inform you. Lufian makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the content on this site, but it should be noted that there may occasionally be inaccuracies, outdated information, or typographical errors on the site. When will my order be delivered to the courier?

Your orders are usually shipped within 3 business days through Sürat Kargo. This does not include weekends and public holidays. During discount periods, the delivery time may vary between 7 and 14 days due to high demand. As required by law, the customer's ID number is mandatory during package delivery with courier (for product acceptance and returns). Make sure you have transferred the full payment amount and included your order number in the description when making the payment. Some banks may charge a transaction fee for transfers made via ATMs. This fee is not the responsibility of Lufian, and you can contact your bank for details.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If the delivery address change request is made before your orders are delivered to the courier, it can be accommodated. You can submit your request by calling our call center at 0 850 811 85 36.

I have been charged on my credit card for an order that has not been placed, what should I do?

Do I have to pay for shipping?

You do not have to pay for shipping on purchases of 150 TL and above made on Orders below 150 TL are subject to a shipping fee of 23 TL.
