Personal Data Protection Law Clarification Text

(KVKK Clarification Notice)

LUFIAN PAZARLAMA HİZMETLERİ A.Ş., as a data controller under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), would like to inform our customers and visitors.

Collection methods, purposes of processing, and legal basis of personal data

Your personal data is collected directly from you in electronic form in the following cases: visiting our website, creating a membership relationship, subscribing to our e-newsletter, sharing information via phone or email correspondence, joining a loyalty program, purchasing products from the LUFIAN website, or entering into any commercial or legal relationship.

If you shop from LUFIAN stores or website, or if you accept website membership or loyalty card membership, the following data may be processed:

1. Identity Information (Name, Surname, Gender)
2. Contact Information (Email address, phone number, address)
3. Customer Transaction Information (purchase history, order number, product name, message content, alteration/exchange/return data, loyalty card information)
4. Marketing Data (cookie records, campaign data such as favorites, preferences, behavior, and choices)

The data listed in the first three items above are processed by LUFIAN pursuant to Article 5(2) of KVKK for the purposes of establishing and performing the contract and membership relationship, and based on our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

In addition, your date of birth and profession data may be processed only with your explicit consent, in order to provide personalized offers, campaigns, advantages, promotions, advertising, segmentation, profiling, marketing, analysis studies, and to improve customer experience.

Marketing and communication activities

Within our membership structure, personal data may also be processed for promotional communication purposes. By becoming a member of our website, if you wish to benefit from special advantages, you must give consent for commercial electronic messages containing advertisements and campaigns. Membership is optional; you may continue without becoming a member.

Purposes of processing personal data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Establishing and performing membership processes
• Sales of goods/services and after-sales support
• Loyalty programs
• Customer relationship management
• Customer satisfaction activities
• Physical security of premises
• Marketing analysis
• Advertising/campaign/promotion processes
• Compliance with legal obligations
• Finance and accounting operations
• Handling requests and complaints

• Ensuring information security

Data transfer

Your personal data may be shared, under adequate security measures and legal obligations, with:

• Public institutions and authorities legally authorized to request such data
• Domestic business partners and suppliers
• Service providers (e.g., cargo companies, messaging systems)
• Group companies such as NE-SAÇ TEKSTİL SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. and LUFIAN MAĞAZACILIK HİZMETLERİ A.Ş.

Transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK.

Your rights under KVKK

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information if processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
• To know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
• To request deletion or destruction of data where legally applicable
• To object to analysis resulting in unfavorable outcomes via automated systems
• To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

You may submit your requests via the application form on Lufian Official Website or in writing, or by email to kvkk@lufian.com. Requests will be answered within 30 days at the latest.

If the process requires additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
