Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, records relating to the withdrawal of consent shall be retained for 1 year from the date of withdrawal; the content of commercial electronic communications and all other records relating to their transmission shall be retained for 3 years so that they may be submitted to the relevant Ministry where necessary.
After the expiry of these periods, such data will be destroyed by LUFIAN or upon your request.
