The NE-SAÇ LOYALTY PROGRAM, established by NE-SAÇ TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKET (hereinafter referred to as “LUFIAN”), is a membership program created for customers and individuals who wish to participate in the program and accept the membership terms. The purpose of the program is to develop and offer personalized campaigns, individually tailored products and services, and to provide special discounts.
Within the scope of this program, members acknowledge that they have been informed in detail that their personal data will be processed in accordance with the conditions explained above in the Information Notice on Personal Data, for the purposes and on the legal grounds specified in the same notice.
The GSM number of each member participating in the NE-SAÇ LOYALTY PROGRAM will also be defined as the loyalty program membership number, and the member will be able to carry out transactions using this membership.
The NE-SAÇ LOYALTY PROGRAM is free of charge. LUFIAN reserves the right to unilaterally change the applications related to the program at any time, or to terminate or suspend the program.
Natural persons over 18 years of age may become members of the NE-SAÇ LOYALTY PROGRAM.
Customers who join the LOYALTY PROGRAM by accepting the participation terms will receive LUFIAN Points equal to %1 of their first purchase as welcome points. LUFIAN Points may only be used at LUFIAN stores, in the LUFIAN mobile application and, following a further announcement, on lufian.com. The welcome point rate may be changed periodically by LUFIAN.
Each 1 Point earned is equivalent to 1 TL.
Earned points will be deleted at the end of the year following the year in which they were earned. Example: Points earned on 1 Mayıs 2022 will be deleted on 31 Aralık 2023.
Within the scope of this program, points may also be awarded at special rates and for specific periods as part of special campaigns. These special campaigns will be announced separately, and the conditions for using the points may differ. Example: Spend 1000 TL between 1-5 Mayıs and earn 100 Points. The expiry date of the 100 Points is 1 Haziran. Unused points will be deleted.
If the customer returns purchased products, the points earned from that purchase will be deleted. If the customer has already used the earned points, the point balance will become negative.
To earn LUFIAN Points, a purchase must be made at LUFIAN stores and an invoice must have been issued.
LUFIAN Points cannot be used as cash and cannot be refunded in cash. They are valid only for LUFIAN purchases made at LUFIAN stores.
The benefits of LUFIAN Loyalty Program membership may only be used by the member named in the agreement and may not be transferred to or used by another person.
During the use of LUFIAN Points, an SMS will be sent to the member. Where necessary, the member’s identity may be verified by checkout personnel.
Legal entities cannot benefit from the advantages and benefits provided by LUFIAN Club and cannot make any claims or assert any rights in this regard.
By giving consent under this Agreement, the Member acknowledges and accepts that LUFIAN may offer general and special campaigns, advantages, product and service promotions, advertisements, market research surveys and other customer satisfaction activities within the framework of the applications carried out under the NE-SAÇ LOYALTY PROGRAM. The Member acknowledges and accepts that the information provided when becoming a member of the NE-SAÇ LOYALTY PROGRAM will be used for these purposes.
LUFIAN cannot be held responsible for delayed or incorrectly received notifications, promotional points or similar benefits, or for the inability to provide certain opportunities to the Member, where this is caused by failures in the infrastructure of the NE-SAÇ LOYALTY PROGRAM membership system.
The Member may benefit from the rights earned within the scope of the NE-SAÇ LOYALTY PROGRAM, subject to the applicable conditions, until the date on which the membership ends.
If the Member logs in to the NE-SAÇ LOYALTY PROGRAM through the link sent to their GSM number or via www.lufian.com, and consents to the storage or remembering of access information in the browser used for login, the Member thereby enables their personal data to be displayed in the relevant browser. If third parties gain access to the Member’s personal information in such a case, responsibility shall rest with the Member, and LUFIAN cannot be held liable.
The Parties are entitled to terminate this Agreement and end the membership by calling the call center, submitting a notification through the website, or sending a written or e-mail notification.
The Member accepts that the information provided to LUFIAN through this form or by other means is accurate, that such information will be updated in the event of any changes, that the Member will compensate LUFIAN for any damages LUFIAN may incur due to inaccurate information or information that subsequently becomes inaccurate, and that LUFIAN’s records shall be considered conclusive evidence in the event of a dispute.
The Member accepts and declares that LUFIAN may share the information provided to it, within the scope of the Member’s consent to the processing and use of personal data granted under this Agreement, with LUFIAN’s business partners and other institutions and organizations that are campaign partners, provided that such institutions and organizations do not contact the Member in any manner.

I consent to the processing of my CONTACT DATA by NE-SAÇ TEKSTİL SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKET (LUFIAN) and to the sending of commercial electronic communications and other communications, in accordance with applicable laws, to the contact details I have provided during my purchases/visits and may subsequently provide by various means (including my mobile phone number, e-mail address and other contact details).
This includes all shopping transactions and applications, marketing activities, and the announcement, promotion and advertising of various products and services as well as general and special opportunities.
I have been informed and acknowledge that I may stop such communications without providing any reason by using the opt-out or rejection function (Red) specified in the SMS/e-mail messages sent to me or, where applicable, through a system established or commissioned by the competent authorities. However, communications that are permitted or required by law may continue in all circumstances.
Having been informed through the explanations herein regarding all relevant matters, I consent to receiving commercial electronic communications and other communications from your Company, in accordance with applicable laws, for the purposes of providing information, announcements, advertising, promotion, sales and marketing relating to various products and services, as well as for membership and shopping information, transactions and applications.
Such communications may be sent via SMS/text messages, push notifications, automated calls, telephone calls, computers, telephones, the internet, social media and online advertising networks, wireless public or private connections and networks including Bluetooth Beacon technology, fax, e-mail/mail, all types of notifications, and other electronic communication tools and channels.
Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, records relating to the withdrawal of consent shall be retained for 1 year from the date of withdrawal. The content of commercial electronic communications and all other records relating to their transmission shall be retained for 3 years so that they may be submitted to the relevant Ministry where necessary.
After these periods expire, such data will be destroyed by LUFIAN or upon your request.
