Clearing Cache and Cookies

Google Chrome

Desktop:

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.

  2. Click More Settings in the top right corner.

  3. Click Privacy and security. Click Cookies and other site data.

  4. Click Show all site data and permissions. Click Clear all data.

  5. Click Clear to confirm.

Mobile:

  1. Open the Chrome app on your Android phone or tablet.

  2. Tap Settings under More on the right side of the address bar.

  3. Tap Privacy and security.

  4. Select a time range such as Last hour or All time.

  5. Check Cookies and site data and uncheck all other items.

  6. Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

Desktop and Mobile:

  1. Click Firefox in the menu bar at the top of the screen and select Preferences.

  2. Click the menu button and select Preferences from the options.

  3. Go to the Cookies and site data section in the Privacy & Security panel.

  4. Click the Clear button.

Microsoft Edge

Desktop and Mobile:

  1. Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  2. Under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now, select Choose what to clear.

  3. Select a time range from the Time range drop-down menu.

  4. Select the types of browsing data you want to clear. For example, you may want to remove browsing history and cookies but keep passwords and form fill data.

  5. Select Clear now.

Safari

  1. While Safari is open, click Safari listed next to the Apple icon in the menu bar.

  2. Select Clear History from the drop-down menu.

  3. A pop-up window with four options appears: Last Hour, Today, Yesterday, and All History. Select an option and click the Clear History button.

Opera

  1. Click the Opera menu.

  2. Select History.

  3. Click Clear browsing data.

  4. Select a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Check the boxes for “Browsing History”, “Cookies and other site data”, and “Cached images and files”.

  6. Click Clear data.
