Commercial Electronic Message Consent

I consent to the processing of my contact information by LUFIAN, including any communication details I have provided or will provide in the future (such as my mobile phone number, email address, and others), in connection with purchases and visits, for the purpose of sending me commercial electronic messages.

These messages may include:

• Notifications regarding shopping transactions and applications
• Marketing activities
• Announcement, promotion, advertising, and general/special offers related to products and services
• Membership and shopping-related information, processes, and updates

I acknowledge that, in accordance with applicable laws, commercial electronic messages may be sent to me via SMS, email, instant notifications, automated calls, phone calls, internet, social media, online advertising networks, Bluetooth/beacon-based wireless systems, fax, and other electronic communication channels.

I also acknowledge that I may withdraw my consent at any time without providing any reason by using the “opt-out (red)” option included in the messages I receive (SMS/email) or through the authorized systems established for this purpose. I understand that legally required communications may still continue where applicable.

I confirm that I have been informed of all related matters under this consent.

Information Note

Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce:

• Records of consent withdrawal are stored for 1 year from the date of withdrawal.
• Records of commercial electronic messages and related delivery data are stored for 3 years to be submitted to the relevant ministry when required.

After these periods, such data will be deleted or destroyed by LUFIAN or upon your request.
